EasyJet Offering More Flights To And From Iceland

easyJet announced at a press conference today that the company will increase its flights to and from Iceland in the coming year.
Commercial manager Ali Gayward said the airline will fly to eight destinations from Reykjavík, with new flights to Geneva and Gatwick starting in October and Belfast in December. Current destinations are London Luton airport, Bristol, Manchester, Edinburgh in Scotand and Basel in Switzerland. This is the first time in years that there is a direct flight to Ireland from Iceland.
With these changes, easyJet estimates it will transport up to 400,000 passengers to and from Iceland in 2015.
